Marco Aponte-Moreno

Founder & Executive Director

Marco is a Professor of Management and Strategy at the USC Marshall School of Business, where he teaches leadership, strategy, and international negotiation. As co-founder of the Leadership Studio Group, he specializes in experiential leadership and team-building training that combines business frameworks with improvisation techniques to strengthen adaptability, collaboration, and leadership presence. He is the author of Leadership as Performance: Developing Leadership Skills through Acting. He holds a PhD, MBA, and studied acting at the HB Studio in New York.

Paul Magill

Co-Founder & Director of Client Engagement

Paul is an entrepreneur, actor, and leadership facilitator with extensive experience in entertainment, hospitality, and consulting. As co-founder of The Leadership Studio Group, he designs and delivers experiential workshops focused on self-awareness, authenticity and emotional intelligence. Drawing on his background in performance and business, Paul helps leaders build confidence, think creatively under pressure, and strengthen team dynamics in fast-paced organizational environments. Paul trained as an actor at the Howard Fine Acting Studio in Los Angeles.
