Our approach is grounded in the SPACE model of leadership development, which is our own research-based framework introduced in our book Leadership as Performance, The model focuses on cultivating five essential leadership skills to become an effective leader:

• Authenticity

• Communication

• Emotional intelligence

Introduced in the book Leadership as Performance, the SPACE model is based on the premise that leadership is a performance—an intentional, embodied act through which leaders inspire others to achieve shared goals. Like any performance, leadership can be practiced, refined, and strengthened through creative expression and experiential learning.

That’s the foundation of our workshops: immersive, arts-based experiences that allow leaders and teams to develop key leadership skills in dynamic, impactful and memorable ways.
